"Brother" for Rock Band 2 on Xbox?

I heard tell that three extra songs were made available for download for XBox Live users who play Rock Band 2 and bought the new deluxe edition of Ten at Best Buy. Will the download code for these songs be made available to those who bought it through the Ten Club? I'd love to rock out to "Brother" on my little plastic pretendy guitar.
