I'm going. Hoping to see Ed & Paul together as well as some Ed & Ben.

Hopefully they do an "all star" jam. I wouldn't mind a Paul, Ringo, Ed, Ben, Jim, James, Sherly Crow ( I GOT A FEELING ) to close the night.

I see that Paul Horn is on the bill...He's a Canadian flautist best known for "The Swinging Shepherd Blues"... That would be a treat to see live...along with Ed, Donovan, McCartney, etc...

Here's hoping all the folks who are going have a fantastic time...TM all the way (and not TicketMaster - the other TM)...

Laura Dern, Russell Simmons will also be there to host and Howard Stern will be introducing Ringo.

they played "Brother" today on Howard after a commercial break. Fred had to explain the song, that it was old, but new, and it was #1 on the rock charts.

The last list I saw of performers for this concert was so long I wondered how they'd all have time to do more than one song each! Has the list been trimmed? :geek:

Fred is a fan, but they have been playing ads for the Ten Remix on Howard 100/101, too. I wonder if they played Brother during break as part of the ad campaign.

a few years ago, when howard was at KROCK(sp), PJ did an interview there and Howard was pissed they wouldn't come on his show. but i think he likes their music. he also said he was bummed one time that he couldn't get to see them in NYC because of his work schedule...was it Irving Plaza??

I'm not taking the chance for this one... I have a brand new camera and I have a sneaky suspicion they are going to be tough.

As a venue Radio City allows cameras, yet these tickets say NO CAMERAS in very large print...

And to think I got a brandy new cam with a 10x optical zoom... and im on he floor... ;)

Oh well... I rarely take the pics once im at a show anyway... too busy having fun!
  • Did Howard mention anything about meeting eddie? He has always seemed to be intrigued by him. I remember when chris cornell was on his show he was even asking chris many questions about ed
