Lost Deluxe edition...

So, it seems my Deluxe edition has been "lost" by the Post Office. Just curious, how long should I wait before asking the 10c for a refund or a new copy to be shipped. It was shipped two weeks ago and have never had a problem getting anything delivered within a few business days? Like I said, I'm just curious to see what you guys think.
Minneapolis 98, Chicago 00, San Fransisco 00, Fargo 03, Thunder Bay 05, St Paul 06 (night 2), Chicago 08 (EV) both nights

    The post office told you it was lost?
    Hit 10c up right now and ask for a new copy

    it was my understanding that all US orders were shipped via UPS why would yours be shipped via USPS? :?

    I have been wondering the same thing.
    I have received everything else.
    SDE and the album set thru UPS, cd set thru the post office. But I have not heard anything about the deluxe yet.
    Has everyone else got theirs?
