cookie/spyware

i have tracking cookies and spyware and nothing i try seems to fix it. ive ran spybot, malaware, avg, and avira. i even manually cleaned out my temp folders, but that never works after the fact anyways. seems i have tacoda and adbrite tracking cookies and adspy/dealhelper spyware. every time i get rid of these they keep coming back. i need to find what file is causing this mess.

any one know how to fix this?
