Great song choice for the trailer. I'm looking forward to this!
I love this book...it's one of my son's favorites too.

i started a thread a little while ago about children's books and this was talked about.
inspired me to find my copy and look through it.
they're making a movie now? cool.
Yeah I remember your thread ............ I chose W.T.W.T.A ............it is the best children book ever ........... I still have my original copy .......... very battered, well read (even now ) sellotaped and loved dearly.
How cool and interesting is it that a film has been made of it .......... can't wait for that one. :P
my personal fave is the giving tree by shel silverstein, my gawd....beautiful and heart-wrenching. followed closely by harold and the purple crayon. fantastic stuff. :P
Let's just breathe...
I am myself like you somehow
finally ...
yes, I used the SEARCH function before posting a new thread ...
(see folks, it's not that difficult)
"I don't believe in damn curses. Wake up the damn Bambino and have me face him. Maybe I'll drill him in the ass." --- Pedro Martinez
its gonna be an artsy, tasteful take for all ages... and i guarentee the rest of the soundtrack will be just as perfect as the trailer

Don't think i read the book though :?

Im at work and cant get to the link. I saw this trailer a while back but cant remember what song was used .

No time like the present.
You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this book.

do you work at a movie theatre? who is karen o?
Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs
I also like "The Missing Piece" and this really obscure one called "Just Right" it's about an old couple with a house for sale.
I am so super excited by this movie!! I want to get a wild things tattoo - but i have not decided which one to go with. it was one of my absolute must reads when I taught Pre-School
I think some books should be left as books and to children's imagination. This movie looks like nothing but weird and I LOVE the book. Harold and the purple crayon would make a cool movie! I think the Giving tree should be left alone as well...look what happened to the DR. Seuss books as movies? They're HORRID.
"New music, new friends. Pearl Jam."
I like our socks. I hear we make a fine sock. I always say, You might not love our records, but I think you'll like our socks. - Stone
"This record is us speaking out in class." -EV on PJ
That's one of the few things that can get a tear out of me...
That, and "Christian the Lion" on youtube.
