DITP download problems

i am having problems downloading songs from URL http://www.myplaydigital.com/pearljam. I used a browser Opera. I entered the 15 digit PIN code which i got with the »ten super deluxe edition«. But after i pressed download button, nothing happened. So i tried again and again. Nothing happened.

I tried the same procedure with internet explorer and when pressing download it says: »Your PIN Code entitles you to a specific number of song downloads. Our records show that you have already downloaded the songs of your choice.« But i didn't download a single track!

I contacted <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@myplaydigital.com">support@myplaydigital.com</a><!-- e --> but they didn't answer in three days... so any ideas what should i do?

    I'm in the same boat with you. I got a Readme file when I tried to download, and now it says that my pin code has been already used. I didn't get any of the songs. I've sent emails to the folks on the website and tenclub. Tenclub said that they were working something out with sony. :x

    I never got any sort of code or download information with my purchase. What's the deal?

    I had the same exact problem! I was pissed. But I wasn't expecting there to be a code in the SDE for mp3s anyway, so I won't complain - I am too busy listening to the redux version!

    You can download the free trial version of winzip. When you use it in the future it will tell you that you must purchase it in order to use it. If you close that window it still will work. There is no need to purchase it.

    Dudes and Dudette's same prob with me...i get a folder that says read me when you open it the page says-Your zip file is currently being processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for your zip file to be ready for use.
