Record Labels

I see a lot of people speculating that Avocado won't be re-released because it isn't in the Sony catalog.
A little research led me to find that the move was actually from the Epic label to J Records, both of which are parts of Sony BMG.
Additionally all the Sony BMG labels kick reissues over to Legacy Recordings which is their catalog division that handles reissues, including our super awesome Ten SDE.
So, although I doubt they will rerelease Avocado, being non-Sony isn't the issue.
This all came from a few minutes of Wiki skimming so I was wondering if anyone else had a little more insight.
