Is anyone else having this problem?
I know they're working on the profiles, but when my login fails to work -- I tend to worry.
Can you imagine trying to buy tickets and this happening??

it's happened to me as well.

my best guess is that they're trying to get rid of the kinks & finish the site so it'll be the way they want it. also, they might be doing this early in the year b/c this is shaping up to be a huge year & they're probably trying to prepare for all of the extra "traffic".

    just my .02! 8-)

ah, I didn't have this problem till this week and figured it had to do with the cleaning they are doing. I panicked though..lol. I tried logging in on another computer and it kept saying unknown username/password. I even emailed them but no one replied.

Same issues here. Logged in automatically in the pit, but cant get the home page to accept me as I am... we need a Dr Phil intervention.

  • I can log in to both either the main page or the pit, my problem is that when I click on Profile and then membership information it tells me I'm not a member and that I have no orders

I waited a couple days and now I was able to reset my password.
If anyone is having trouble -- they should do the same.

Oh thank god it's not me. I had changed my profile only to see that it was back to what I didn't want and now I can't get to my account. Oh well. I imagine this is much worse for people who have real reasons for needing to log in.

I speculate their web site has been rocked by volume.

    Ah ha!

I **think** this is a password reset. If your password was not HARD secure, it isn't accepted.

Request a new password and make a hard one
