Safe Downlaod sites???

I was hoping that someone here could recommend a safe, virus free-type, site to download missed episodes of tv shows, specifically Supernatural. Because I'm outside of the US I am unable to view them on the CW website. Any help is most appreciated. Thank you :D

    if your gonna download from a bit torrent site make sure you use something like peer guardian along with it. a few years ago i downloaded some episodes of the sopranos cuz i didn't have hbo, then a few weeks later i got an email from comcast telling me to fuck off, or else! (ok not in so many words), i'm just saying watch yourself when dealing with bit torrents.
