Why did we pay more for SDE from TenClub?

I am now seeing these Best Buy threads where you can get 3 bonus tracks for Rock Band if you buy the Ten re-issue from them and saw that the Super Deluxe Edition is $124.99. Why did we pay $140 from Ten Club and as true Pearl Jam fans? Was the extra $15 for the chance to get a signed copy? I'd rather have a refund... For the extra $15 I would have bought the 3 Rock Band songs...

    We payed more because we chose to, I support 10C and all the work they do for us. For me, the 10C has taken care of us over the years, even though most times we don't deserve it because of all the constant bitching on this board. So if you want to go and support Best Buy or another "electronics" store then go for it. I will continue to support the 10C.

    for the most part, yes. A lot of people bought it here for the chance of getting it signed. Some thought that SDE was an exclusive of the 10C(why??? when it never said it would be), and others to support 10C.

    When you buy a car, do you compare different ones or just go for one because someone else said so? RESEARCH your options. Stop ranting about it- its your own fault for paying more.

    guys - gals, I didn't know I'd create such a stir, I was just bummed to find out yesterday that the SDE was in Best Buy for $15 cheaper and 3 bonus RB tracks. I am a big fan of RB so that was the real stinger in the deal, not the extra $15 because YES, I did pre-order early and got free shipping. :D hopefully the 3 songs will be made available for purchase at some point in RB, if not, I may be tempted to spend the other $28 and buy the Ten Reissue from Best Buy...

    I have always and will always continue to support 10c , (my previous order history shows that I am a very loyal fan). I have been a 10c member since 1995 and have enjoyed everything PJ and 10c has made possible for me while following the band.

    My post was not meant to be taken as a whine. Sorry it was perceived that way.

    Aside from that, the SDE is really incredible, so incredible in fact that I left most of the contents un-opened. I just took out the 2 CD's and 1 DVD and ripped the CD's to my PS3 and keep the DVD out for viewing. I returned the CD's back to the box set and put the set back in the UPS box and up on a shelf for safe keeping. I will cherish this box set much like I did the orange tour poster book I purchased from 10c a year or so back, that is still in it's ups box and has been lightly flipped through one time. :D
