A dislocated ankle. Man that is at 90degrees. I know there are heaps of images out there of things like this but man that is bad.

    yeah, ricky, usually when its a clean snap like that, the only way they figure out its broken is, they try to step down to keep attacking and, nope, no leg.

    he looks like mr fantastic, trying to wrap his leg around and kick the guy....you are never the same after a leg break...i hope it never happens to me.

    Oh man, that grappling 'accident' was brutal.
