    WOW, REALLY COOL! I didn't know that they were actual trading cards! I somehow thought in my mind that it was a made up card or something. I'll let you all know what I got tonight.

    sorry to bust the bubble, but 100% sure that card is a reprint. not an actually trading card. I had this whole set of hoops. Its at my moms, something doesn't seem right about it. the stock is too thin.


    would have been cooler if the bands name was DARON OSHAY BLAYLOCK anyways.

    I think it was a re-print. The colors looked a little more washed out then I remember those cards being?

    It'd of been hard to find that many mint cards anyways.

    I still got a really good laugh out of it though!

    I'm not sure if it is a reprint or not...

    ...but the thought has occurred to me, that unless I'm mistaken, didn't the boys accept Mookie cards in place of cover charges at one point? In which case, there is no the size of the box of Mookie cards lying around a back room somewhere...

    ...but I wish I still had my old cards, I am curious about the comparison...
    If Adam and Eve had Taco Bell they would have never eaten that filthy fruit...

    so i know no one cares but i've got an original Mookie rookie card and the one in the box set, there are small differences with them, like stated above, the colours, and card stock is a bit thinner, but it also seems to be printed a bit smaller on the card as well, but anyway here is a photo of the two:

    reprint or not everycard from that time is worth 10 cents i believe..since thats when i got into collecting and wasted all my money on sets of hoops and topps

    i wish 10c woulda snuck a stickman in the crowd or something to make it special :D

    No doubt eh. I still have boxes of basketball, hockey, baseball cards (probably even football card), but card collecting was so popular in the early 90s that the quantities they printed off were insanely high.
