How many pre-orders have NO shipping confirmation?

For whatever it's worth, I pre-ordered the Super Deluxe Edition on December 11. I live outside of Baltimore, Maryland. So far I've received no information that mine has shipped. :(

    I would contact the Ten Club, thier usually pretty good about this stuff

    I did email them on Friday, actually, and have received no reply. I'm sure it will come eventually...but of course, I'm concerned.
