Because for awhile I couldn’t…Production too shiny, and dated. O’Brien’s mix has solved those problems, and it is a fucking fantastic album. It’s just classic, after classic. It may not be my favourite album, but there is absolutely no chaff on this album (though Deep is the worst thing on it)

What a drummer Dave Krusen is. From what I thought, he was almost a session drummer, brought in merely to record with the band. Would have been interesting to see what would of happened if he’d stuck around

    i agree... my wife is already tired of it (again) but i am loving the re-issue... so glad to have it back in my life.. so many memories of these tunes....still one of my favorite all-time records. the remixes sound terrific.


    question- has anybody spun the remaster of the old mixes yet?

    After hearing the remixed version i don't think I will ever listen to the original record again.

    if you haven't listened to the remix on vinyl, i suggest you do....absolutely brilliant! the cd version just doesn't do it justice :mrgreen:

    so... does it seem stupid that we got a cd and a record of a mix we may never listen to? just curious... should i feel stupid? haha
