NFL Network on Comcast

Anyone receive the message on their cable box about Comcast possibly dropping the NFL Network by May 1st ?!?!?

I have the Sports Package but that may not be included anymore
My drinking team has a hockey problem

The ONLY thing better than a glass of beer is tea with Miss McGill

    I got it.. its a power play between the two companies.... guess we'll see who blinks first, my guess would be the NFL, although I'm sure Comcast customers will blame Comcast (and that's what the NFL is hoping).

    I pissed i have to pay 5 extra bucks a month for the sports package and all i really want is the nfl network.

    should be part of basic cable like mlb network!

    I hate comcast, once my deal is up in May I am switching to a Fios package.

    We (the customer) end up suffering anyway

    the customer suffers with every pay TV service... FIOS prices aren't any better and they are being taken to task for their "higher quality" commercial claims. I agree Comcast isn't perfect, far from it, but they aren't that horrible either. I can see why they want NFL network packaged with in the sports package instead of telling all customers that they have to pay $2 to $3 more a month for a channel most only watch during football season, if at all.
