A brand new song!!!!!!!!!!!

Id say a new song from the new album.

Surely it cant take that long, i thought maybe we'd get it with the super deluxe but no...

Im happy to wait but the longer it takes must mean its a new one

Any 'live' track or 'cover' theyve done in the past has never taken this long!

    I hope its a new song!!! I agree they should do away with the "Christmas single" title.

    Well they are calling it the "HOLIDAY" single now so it is an improvement. Now if the rest of you F'krs would get that concept pounded into your brains , we might not see so many threads about the "XMAS" single!!! :mrgreen:

    new song: the fixer? Jeff's interview said he loved this new song from new album, maybe it will be our christmas single.

    Nah, I think it has something to do with Sea's post wanting the best covers. Someone else playing PJ, and PJ playin' us! ;)

    The single was done in Feb. J.A. said all the songs are still in the early stages. The only way it will be a song from the new album is if Ed recorded it first solo (1 guitar only) a la Gone...

    I bet it's not. Looking back on the Christmas singles very few are originals, or newly created songs.
    And, there have been singles in the past that came out late and were merely live songs we already had.

    So it's one of those "never know" kinda things...
