My tenclub number changed from 185xxx to 405xxx...help??

I guess i'm not sure where to post this...
I was reviewing my status tonight and was shocked when i saw my fanclub number. I joined the tenclub in 1999 and remember my number was around 185xxx i see on the right it says i joined in 1999..(i'm sure my info is on file) Have the rules changed I see i skipped payment a year, but i didn't think that bumped? Am i making a mistake?
Has this happened to anyone else..
any help appreciated.. :(
here is my order history..., I take it they do not have the records from pre-2003 since I was up to date and bought tix for each tour..

Sucks for you but you have to draw the line somewhere, if you can skip a year then why not 2, 5, 10?
