I'm starting this thread, and I know you won't all agree, but it seems to me this run of pre-sales was overall MUCH better than '06. I know MSG was still a mess, and people got shut out, but the other shows seemed to run pretty smoothly, at least in terms of server crashes.

Thank you 10C, for an improvement over last tour.

Of course, just about the time they get it all figured out, some new means of getting tickets will become available, and we'll have to wait through THOSE bugs too...

    It can be frustrating, but like America I am not a take it or leave it kinda guy. There are some things to tweak, but it is an awesome thing that they do for us.

    Despite my need for msg tickets and a pacemaker , I will still say thank you ten club. knowing i have one set of awesome tickets for one show is worth the $20 a year alone!

    I think they did a great job in 06 and 08. Just because some very small places like the vic and EV solo tour sell out fast, and MSG was hard does not mean they have a bad system. We could have no access to early tickets.

    10c rocks! people tend to forget that this is a mom and pop type of corporation; nothing fancy here.
