Problems with Deluxe Set

I received my box last night and it is missing the Brendan O'Brien remix cd with the bonus tracks.

And then today when I tried the download code for Drop In The Park I get a zip file that says
"Your zip file is currently being processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for your zip file to be ready for use."

I tried to download again and it says I've already used the PIN code and the download is now expired.
Uggh!!!

Has anyone else had these issues?

Hi - I believe that the download will be available on or after the 24th (official release date)

you don't have 3 discs in the little box?

wow i cant believe how many issues they had packaging this thing up, seems like every other person is missing this, missing that. might have had better luck subbing it out to china and not packaging in the good ol usa

Nope just two discs in the box. I have the sleeve for the Remix cd but no cd. The Ten Club has already said they will get me a replacement so I will just have to be patient.

In my Gorge set, a couple of the cds were scratched and they were really good about sending me new ones.

Two Questions:

-On Evil Little Goat, the music stops rather abruptly at 1:27 (total play time is 1:29). Is it supposed to stop short like this? I read in another thread that the song is about 1:37 long, so I am wondering if it is a defect on the CD. The 5H version is longer, with the guitar solo.

-What is this about a download code for Drop In The Park ?????!!!!! Do you get this with the purchase of the Deluxe Edition (just the 2 CDs and Unplugged DVD). Do tell.

I downloaded mine last night in about 1 hour and extracted the cuts. The link is live.

If you used the 15 character code, and it failed during the download process... E-Mail the site and tell them what happened. The same thing happened on my old computer with the iTune 'Into The Wild' digital download. A support person gave another code to use (which also failed because of my slow access rate). They were finally able to get te download to work.

Look inside the 'Drop In The Park' LP. There is the albums, a poster and a little piece of paper with your download code. Go to the website listed and key in the code. You get a zipped file to download and all you have to do in unzip it.

Probably just with an edition that gives you the "Drop in the Park" LP. I'm not sure what the other editions give you.
