    I don't think that would work. How about taking your money order to a bank, getting the cash and buying a prepaid visa/mastercard? :)
    Edit: Unless you can find an online store that accepts checks, but I don't think any do. All online stores are all cc now I believe, or Paypal. That could work as long as you have a bank account.

    I googled purchase music money order and this was one of the things that came up - it appears to have info about some of the stores - maybe one of them will let you?

    Wolfbear's suggestion is the way to go. Even if you don't want or can't get a "credit" card, you can buy a pre-paid Visa. You don't have to worry about overextending yourself, because you can only spend what is on the card.

    Credit cards (when used responsibly) are the greatest thing ever. My Southwest Visa gets used for damn near EVERYTHING!! I even put other bills on this credit card to earn free airline tickets. I pay it off every month, and never carry a balance over. And the best thing is when you go to look at your monthly or yearly budgeting, all you have to do is pull out 12 credit card statements, and the shit is even organized on there for you as far as groceries, gas, restaurants. Why more ppl don't do this is beyond me, it makes my life easier. And if the thing ever gets stolen or hacked, i can dispute the charge, and get it taken off.
