Ten Club Spring Cleaning!

Time to roll up your sleeves, Ten Club is gearing up for an early Spring Cleaning and we need your help!

As you all know by now Ten Club updated the website back in December making the site more user interactive and streamlined. Now you only have to login to one account to use both the message board and also to access your membership account.

However, some of you old message pit users have multiple accounts floating around out there cluttering up the database. Let us clean them up and merge them all into one account to avoid future confusion when it comes to placing orders, looking up membership info, making posts on the message board... and more importantly TICKET SALES!

You just never know when Ten Club is gonna announce the next ticket sale or other members-only promotions and events. So it is important to use this time now to get those accounts cleaned up!

For those of you who know you have both an old message pit account open and also a membership account please click on this link below and fill out the form as best you can and we will merge them together for you.

    i'd prefer to keep my message-board account email and 10C membership account email separate - is that cool with you, 10C? don't mean to be a burden on the database, it's just that this scenario works best for me,...

    i'm excited about possible tour news, but when i saw the subject line i thought this was a merch sale, remember when they did the 10C garage sale or something to that effect a few years ago and they sold some 2000 boot sets and whatnot? that would be sweet.

    I wonder why I never get the e-mails, I have those recieve notification boxes checked in my settings.
    Am I supposed to do something else too? help help any1.

    it could actually be that in your email you have 10c email address as spam or junk so it automatically deletes them.

    I have only one account as far as I know, but my the message board and PJ Home are not in sync for me.

    When I'm logged into PJ Home I can not read the left hand column with the latest news AND I'm continuously logged out of the Message pit.

    In order to remedy this I need to log out of PJ Home (then I can read everything just fine), and log into the Message pit via some type of 'reply to post' back door.

    Then I remain logged into the pit so I can view the Message board as it was meant to be viewed, from the "view all new posts" options.

    For the past few days I couldn't actually even log into the pit via the back door. It gave me a constant error message. I had to log into PJ Home and then just get kicked out of the pit each and ever time I tried to leave and come back from my browser.

    End Rant. Hope some of this info helps? :|

    I read it again and I do agree that they certainly are not telling people to do it, they are suggesting it. But ... the undertone in the e-mail seems to be that it may cause you problems in the future if you don't merge your accounts. And those problems may occur at the worst possible time - TOUR TIME ;)

    Any chance you forward your emails from another address? I have a gmail account and have it set to forward to an @msn address, and find that, for whatever reason, 10C emails just do not get forwarded. Everything else does.

    i know exactly where the 10C is coming from in terms of their warning - come the sale dates for 10C tickets, i'll need to ensure i'm logged into the correct account otherwise i'd be SOL,...

    Any chance you forward your emails from another address? I have a gmail account and have it set to forward to an @msn address, and find that, for whatever reason, 10C emails just do not get forwarded. Everything else does.

    :lol: OMG! So I've never recieved any news emails from 10c and right after I posted complaining about it they sent me the e-mail

    I asked that same question when I was, but since we're not allowed to post PM's, I can't show the interesting response.

    Suffice it to say if you start a thread, beware of what you title it or you may get banned for months regardless of what is posted (even if no curses are in the title and many people joyfully respond). If you post a link to google image of cartoon nudity, you can get banned for 1.5 years. I experienced both.
