Green River to play with the Melvins in Seattle 5/22 & 5/23

It's 1984 all over again on May 22 and 23, when the Melvins and Green River take the stage at the Showbox Market to celebrate the Melvins' 25th anniversary. These two bands were the first to bring grunge to the ears of unsuspecting Seattleites, thus spawning an explosion of that messy stuff heard 'round the world. Tickets are not yet on sale, but soon, friends, soon...
