Will Pearl Jam release Ten for Rock Band on Disc?
As in silver disc retail game? Just wondering! I know, get with the times, get internet connection to download the tracks. But for those that don't use the internet with these gaming consoles, and would rather have a silver disc (if files get lots, mishap with damage hd with systems etc..).

there is no track pack VI--just 1, 2 and the ac/dc packs and i think that's the end of them. i was really hoping that they would release the who package for rock band on a disc, but it has only been available for d/l since it was made available right after rock honors. i think they have something like 500 songs available for d/l now and there doesn't appear to be any info regarding further physical-disc releases.
and if you think you're not with the times; i've been playing rock band 1 and 2 on the ps2. but not for much longer. ps3 is on the way! i just can't wait to play the ten tracks and when i saw that beatles rock band isn't being released on the ps2, i took that as a sign that my beloved ps2 is truly being phased out once and for all. it did hang on for a really long time though.
edit: oops...i stand corrected. http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/puzzle/ ... lt;title;9

they released the ac/dc one so who knows? maybe the pearl jam downloads will sell really well and that will prompt them to release 10 as a track pack. but i can see the handwriting on the wall--the ps2 is definitely gasping its last breaths. if it wasn't for the guitar hero games and rock band, it probably would have died very shortly after the release of the ps3.
As for your 360's hard drive failing, as long as you're signed into your Xbox profile (GamerTag) once you've paid for something you can re-download it as many times as you want.
So as sad as it is to say it I wouldn't hold my breath for it to be released on a disc, sorry :(
