What are the chances o this getting fixed do you think?

Probably because it hasn't been officially released yet. I'm sure next Tuesday it will work.

This will be working on Tuesday...We didn't expect it to be in consumers hands prior to street date.

How great would it be if the first 200 or so orders got them signed...basically an early-bird bonus.

Well, it's hard to bother them before the originally announced ship date (3/24), BUT I'd be concerned too, and would probably bother them anyways - just to confirm they have my order. I would also be secretly hoping/thinking "maybe I'm lucky" because it seems nobody has gotten a signed one yet :) (I shouldn't get your hopes up though). ;)

First and foremost, this thing is GORGEOUS!! They really did a STELLAR job and def put some time, effort and TONS OF THOUGHT into this one. The TEN redux, is AMAZING. Really makes ed stand out(imho) and the guitars sound waaaay more CRUNCHY if you will. I am diggin on it right now. Can HONESTLY say that I can tell a difference in EACH and EVERY track!!

As for signatures....It does not appear that I was one of the chosen ones. I did open both shipping boxes and they were BOTH shrink wrappped. ASSuming that they were prob sealed at the factory, as I just dont see them re-sealing these things there at 10C headquarters, I did NOT open the second one. If some one comes here and says that there was shrinkwrapped AND signed, I will reconsider.

Now, I just have to buy a turntable!! I have ALL this freaking vinyl, and have never spun it!! :-)

Hope those who got it yesterday and get it today are and will enjoy this as much as I am...I LOVE IT!!

My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-12

Scott I agree, the sound on this is out of this world, the sound is more raw, less fuzzy and warm, and more gritty.....Porch blows me away.

Ed sounds awesome and Mikes solos really stand out.

Congrats to Brendan - what an awesome job

I know the remastered version sounds clearer and in some way "better" but I prefer the
"old muffled" version ... it's the soundtrack to a couple years of my life and even hearing it in DTS-HD 7.1 would not change my opinion
  • Just opened mine! Sadly no signatures. I am watching Unplugged right now...I AM SO HAPPY!

I sort of agree with this. Its like he tried to make ten into VS, it doesnt really work IMO. Oceans just sounds wierd to me, and i dont see what is so great about Release either. I think Alive, Porch, Jeremy (for some odd reason), and in some ways Garden sound better though. Dont get me wrong, he did a AMAZING job. He really worked hard to get it perfect, but im just so used to the old sound that I cant quit say i like it as much.

I love the remix. It sounds more full, more separated. I do understand and respect your feelings for the original however, I do not agree.
