at least, according to Eddie Spaghetti this AM on the End (Seattle)...he also talked about how great the band is at ping pong ("who knew that Pearl Jam would be so good at ping pong..." :o , or something like that) and how much fun the Canada 2005 tour was. Said Supersuckers would like to go out with Pearl Jam again sometime in the future ..and was hoping that some of the guys were listening ("hint, hint") so that maybe someone from the band could call him - all this after he played "Poor Girl"....for some reason, he was the guest jock this AM (now that there's no Adam Corolla) and was pretty interesting. He also said that Eddie is such a normal down-to-earth guy and so nice.... :) Mr. Spaghetti did a great job (for the 45 minutes I heard)....

According to the Supersuckers website, Eddie Spaghetti will be hosting the morning show all week long on 107.7 in Seattle.

I was turned on to the Supersuckers after seeing them open for Pearl Jam in Thunder Bay back in '05. They are a great rock n' roll band. I've seen them in several small clubs since. They just had their 20th anniversary show a few months back with Jeff and Stone reuniting with Green River as an opening act. Anyways, I agree with Mr. Spaghetti... the Supersuckers would be a great choice as an opening act for Pearl Jam down the road.

Eddie was great on the radio this week! I loved all of his stories...especially the one where the Supersuckers were the house band for Ed's 40th Birthday party at a "small club on Queen Anne". Spaghetti said that he was nervous because "those ladies from Heart were sitting right in front of the stage while we were playing." Would have loved to be a spectator that night!
I will not lose my Faith, it's an Inside job today....
