Best Torrent App for Mac?

Just got my new 24" iMac and want to get started on downloading some shows and need a torrent app. I was using azureus on my powerbook before it died :( any recommendations?
I’ve seen Pearl Jam 25 times, Eddie Vedder 9 times, and Brad once.

    You ass! I want the new imac so bad....anyway download Transmission. Its extremely simple and very small and convenient. It even tells you your download rate under its icon on the dock.


    btw: dont download Vuze, it SUCKS.

    yes vuze does suck. i never upgraded on my old mac. i'll give transmission a shot

    transmission is solid.

    some good sites to check out:

    isohunt
    demonoid

    also---the hype machine. i know it's not a torrent site (music blog listings), but i've found some really great stuff on there. sometimes, you can find a whole show all zipped up. but most of the time, it's song-by-song.

    Transmission is great, a lot of updates too. Which kind of get annoying. Fair warning tho, dont update in the middle of downloading a torrent or you will lose the work....

    Tomato isnt bad either

    The Mac version of uTorrent isn't bad, but not quite as lightweight as Transmission.

    Like others have said, use Transmission
