PJ on VH1 Classic

I was just scrolling through the channels guide, and I came across this: Pearl Jam 10 Revisited. In the desc. it says that it is new, but doesn't say what it is about. I.e. videos, or interviews or whatever. It's at 2:30pm next Saturday. I have my dvr set to record it. Hopefully it will be interesting....

    so it looks like they are trying to make this release of 10 a commercial success....

    so are they selling out???
    or is this ok with the pearl jam community????

    i need to ask.....because the answer to these questions seems to change from day to day here....

    i don't get the whole sell out issue...i think it's cool that their name is being mentioned more & that you can catch podcasts, interviews, and shows on vh1 classic about them.

    like it's been said millions of times, if you don't like it...don't watch/buy/listen/read/grill/throw/smell/eat/wash/rinse/repeat/spin/wear/drink/charge it. ;)

    i have no problem with them marketing this release so it can make them a gazillion dollars..........

    Thanks for the info...I hope Much Music will show this....

    As for selling out...Pearl Jam LLC or whatever it's called is a for-profit company with a product to sell...I'm sure that in the 90's this wasn't something they expected...Selling out would be selling the whole operation to a larger corporation... 8-)
