douche, but who is the song "alone", credited to alice in chains and Pearl Jam on YouTube really by? I have been a PJ and "grunge" fan since the very earty 90's and a friend just sent this vid to me on YouTube and I feel like an ass because I don't know what to think or who to credit it to! Or maybe I've just had one too many drinks tonight. Don''t kill me, okay?

    I was always wondering about the song as well. And now that you threw in the name "downface" I made some research in the internet and found their myspace site:

    It says downface are influenced by Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains and many other bands. And "Alone" is definitely their song!

    "Based" in Madison WI. Formed in 1997, through common appreciation for bands such as TOOL, Deftones, Failure, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Rusted Root.

    And YES we are the band that wrote "Alone".
