Michael Steele, right or wrong choice

To me, it was the wrong choice and another miscalculation by the republican. I think any republican could have been the RNC person if they were willing to stay behind the scene and concentrate on raising funds and formulating a party agenda. Instead, it was, hey look, we got minorities, see Michael, see Bobby, see how they run.

Steele speaks the same conservative policy language, which is failure. The policy language that turned its back on life-long traditional republican families when they needed help. Steele is not the face they need see or the voice they need to hear.
SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

Everyone knows why Michael Steele was selected. EVERYONE. Let's not pretend we don't. I'm sure even he knows it.

The Republican Party needs to get back to the basics... core Conservative Values.
Fiscal (and Personal) Responsibility. Not taking responsibility for your decisions and actions and blaming everyone (or a wide stance) is not a Conservative Value... is it?
    Smaller Government... unintrusive Government.
They need to break ranks with those Christian Conservatives of Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell. If they want religious morals, how about exercising them in their lives as EXAMPLES, not orders, on how to live our lives?
How about the strong helping and protecting the weak... instead of kicking their asses?
Trying to parade around minority groups and saying, 'See? See? I have a black friend.' makes them look... well, kinda like dicks.
