Anniversary shows to commemorate album releases

I was wondering if PJ has considered doing anniversary shows to celebrate the release of Ten, Vs, etc. I recently saw Jimmy eat world do a concert where they played Clarity from start to finish and then added in about 5-10 songs in closing. I think it would be a real cool idea. There are a bunch of songs that we do not get to hear live. Whatcha think?

The idea is cool, but only the band knows if the band has considered it at this point...

I would imagine an anniversary show will be on or close to the actual 20th anniversary. I think the next shows we get will be for a new albulm.

I think most Pearl Jam shows are anniversary shows to commemorate Ten, no? :) Think that album gets more play in setlists than any other... Of course I have seen a couple of shows where, one, was 5-6 songs off Yield, one was 5-6 songs off Vs.... and sometimes they play 5-6 "new album" songs...but most show have quite a chunk of Ten thrown in....

    I see what you're saying though...decent idea.

They should do it, but recreate their very first tour and play all the small venues that they started in. Or in the cases where the place doesn't exist anymore play a similar venue in the same city. Of coarse that's only if I could get a ticket for my hometown show which I probably couldn't...

I think it would be cool if they did 3 night stints in like 10 major cities and did this....

    Night 1 - Ten - No Code - Riot Act + B-sides from all
    Night 2 - Vs. - Yield - Avocado + B-sides from all
    Night 3 - Vitalogy - Binaural - New Album + B-sides from all

Obviously you could mix it up a bit but it would be like...

    Main Set:

Riot Act In Full with b-sides mixed in
    Small intermission
No Code In Full with b-sides mixed in

    Encore:
Ten in Full with b-sides mixed in

    Also - No opening bands.

I think that would be a great idea. Would have to be 10C only though :)
