Live On Two Legs
Having been a Pearl Jam fan since the release of Yield, Live on Two Legs is a cornerstone to my Pearl Jam collection. I just dug it out after a couple years of neglect, and I have to say, the versions of "Corduroy", "Given To Fly", and "Off He Goes" are the best I've heard. The speed they're played at, Ed's voice, and the precision of the band to have a shitload of energy while keeping things slow just amazes me. Anyone else feel this away about these tracks?

I couldn't help turning the volume up loud.
Mike nails the black solo!!
Daughter with the rocking in the free world tag sounds aswome!
got a spin again.
Nice artwork though
In 1998 I saw Pearl Jam live at MSG I (September 10th), even though I missed Breath (although the signs were everywhere) and they had some technical difficulties (and Stone forgetting a Solo during All those Yesterdays) it was one of the best sounding Pearl Jam concerts I've ever attended. The songs that did not have any technical issues were so good, and the sound quality of the equipment they were using just blew me away.
The 1998 and 2003 tours in particular were amazing to attend live, their production, equipment, sound etc.. were the best of anytime I've seen the band. And it shows though on the bootlegs.
Yes, Yes it does
agreed. down with 'speedy-flow' and get us back to that groovin' evenflow.
Plus it shows there are some amazing recordings of all the shows from this tour, if they ever release the 1998 bootleg series. Hopefully.
thanks

As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

DTE is also mixed. If you listen to the Inglewood version all the vocals after the solo are different. I don't know why as they sound great on the Inglewood boot!
Why would they mix the songs in the first place?
