A quick note about signed Super Deluxe Editions:

I am currently watching Immagine in Cornice and just got past the part when McCready exits the hotel and signs autographs for fans. After he's done he stops and asks if everyone is all set with autographs before he leaves. This is just a small gesture that shows the graciousness of McCready and I'm sure the rest of the band collectively that they want to make sure that their fans are taken care of.

Point:

Something tells me that the band will sign as many boxes as physically possible. It won't be just a few "random" sets. To them I don't think dedicating even a half a day is at all a waste when they know every box is going to a 10C member and someone who has supported them for at least a little bit along the way. You can tell this means a lot to them as they wouldn't be where they are today if it wasn't for the faithful fans through the years. So as these start arriving on doorsteps in the coming weeks, I have a feeling that many fans will have their dreams come true and see a scribble or 2 written on their sets. One can only hope, right? ;)

Ed signed 118 posters with Brad this year just as an example. Any ideas on how many copies will be signed?

    You finally found a great example of what I was talking about. Thank you. They have always treated true fans that way. I spoke with 10C this week and they are slammed! There is only a little over 2 weeks left until The Day. They should ship before, or on the 24th he said!!!! :mrgreen:

    It would be way better to see all preorders signed than to just have random sets personalized or something like that old idea. Maybe my old thread really showed how much most folks that pre ordered really wanted to get a signed copy from 10C. When A/P Chicago came with both signatures from BK... I was so stoked! What a sweet surprise! :D I did a little dance........

    I don't mean to kill your Super Deluxe excitement..but I think that if an artist signs something to you in person that's a totally different thing that if you just get it by mail...like a product..It's still nice, of course ;)
