TEN DAYS OF PEARL JAM
101.9 RXP Presents 'TEN DAYS OF PEARL JAM' celebrating the re-release and re-issue of Pearl Jam's "TEN" on March 24th! Beginning March 'TEN' at TENam listen for "DEEP With Pearl Jam" - a daily dose of Pearl Jam trivia and rarities. Then on March 23rd we'll air their live concert on vinyl "Drop In The Park" at TENpm! Wait-we're not finished! The day of the release starting at TEN:TENam RXP will air the TEN CODE - a TEN part series of Pearl Jam features every hour for TEN hours!!!!
And how many times did we use the word 'Ten'!?

Just got a U2 email and this was at the bottom of the email...FOR SHAME imo.

    Well you can tell 101.9 RXP we already have a countdown although my countdown doesn't have cool songs, remixes, or rare songs it does have a genuine pearl jam fan. And unlike 101.9 i won't play CREED right after PEARL JAM.

    Yeah, seriously? What's this guys deal? You just shared some awesome thing a radio station is doing with PJ and this guy shits all over it. Some people need to ease up.....

    Agreed. I don't think they've every played them. Its a great radio station. The U2uesday was a great idea.

    Hi Scott,

    Unfortunately, there are times that humor and sarcasm do not translate well across the written word.

    This was one of them. I too interpreted your reply to the OP as being aggressive and bit nasty in tone.

    Having read your follow-ups and attempts to explain yourself, might I suggest the use of emoticons or possibly /jk (just kidding) or /sarcasm at the end of your statements so that bad feelings are avoided.

    After all, this is a great time to be a Pearl Jam fan and there is a lot to be excited about. Including Yellow's radio news.
