SG Tuning Head Problem

So my G string tuning head fell off after the guitar fell....not just the knob but the metal case too

It seems like screws hold it in place, and i put it back in place but it keeps popping off

ANy ideas?

    Maybe you need to replace the saddle or the whole bridge?

    You mean the actual tuning machine?

    Wait, it's the full machine that's broken? I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused

    my bad...

    not the whole thing, just the metal casing that says "gibson deluxe", the machine is still in the head stock
