I watched this movie last Saturday and I got to say it is one of the best movies that I've seen lately. The hell that the LAPD put that woman (angelina Jolie ) through was unbelievable. everybody should see this movie. It was also directed by Clint Eastwood.

    I have heard good things about this movie, as expected from any film directed by Eastwood. I must say however, that the main reason I have not yet seen this movie is because of Angelina Jolie. I just don't think she is that good of an actress. She fits the hollywood blockbuster movie role well (Tombraider, Wanted, etc.), but when it comes to drama she is just lacking something.

    I just got done watching it...one HELL of a movie! It should have won all the awards at the Oscars.

    You would be a fool not so see it, she was superb!

    Jolie should have won for best actress because those were real tears. I'm sure she thought of her own children....damn good movie, true story, and it wasn't boring at all! :)

    oh man alive, you have got to be kidding me!

    it was atrocious, easily one of the worst movies of 08, Jolie only got nominated for best actress because they wanted to have Brangelina both nominated in the same year, sitting front row, give me a fucking break. It was uneven, boring, about 25 minutes too long and Jolie was fucking terrible. The only thing that was any good was that the sets were incredible and the cinematography was stunning, also a great performance from the killer.

    I might agree with you If it wasn't a true story,but it is and to say it;s one of the worst movies of 08 is going a little far don't you think? :shock:

    no, I thought it was really, really bad. Just because it is a true story doesn't mean it was a good movie, there was a good movie in there somewhere but it wasn't the one I watched. It was super interesting story and what not, I just expect more from Eastwood, his direction is usually spot on, not here though.
