I like the home schedule, they could go undefeated. Solid pickup of Housh today. I'd say this years TJ was a better pickup than last years TJ (Duckett)

    2-0-0 in pre-season so far.

Matt and co. looked awfully good in the opening drive yesterday to score a TD. But right after that our Defense looked like they were phoning it in while Denver drove down the field into the end zone. And then Matt and co. didn't look as sharp for the rest of the first quarter. However, we managed to redeem ourselves with a 14-10 lead going into halftime. Then the second half I thought we looked great allthe way around. The defense woke up and were playing tough. And the offense wasn't done either.

    Go Hawks!!

Alright, just got back from the game. First time ever Seahawks went 4-0 in preseason. Hope we don't go 0-16 for the regular season like Detroit did last year when they went 4-0 in preseason. :?

    Go Hawks!!

If the Seattle Seahawks continue to skyrocket the ESPN.com NFL Power Rankings at the rate they've been climbing this year, expect them to be our No. 1 team by, say, Week 3.

The Seahawks, 4-12 during an injury-riddled 2008 campaign, are No. 15 in the Week 1 edition of our rankings. So what, you say? In May, the Seahawks ranked 22nd. In our Training Camp edition published in July, the birds in blue were 18th. They finished last season ranked 28th.

    From ESPN's week one Power Ranking's: http://espn.go.com/nfl/powerrankings

    GO Hawks!!!

Witnessed the game vs. the Cards in person.

It was like watch a local Seattle high school team instead of the Seattle Seahawks.

    UGLY.

So you mean Pete Carroll is actually going to have a salary cap now that he is going to the NFL?

I'm not so excited about this. How many college coaches come to the NFL and are able to be as successful? I think he was a mere 33-31 in his previous NFL gigs. Not that exciting. I think he was just ready to jump ship from USC because he sees that the next few years there will suck and doesn't want that to taint his image. Might as well take the NFL money while anyone will offer it.

Being a Seahawk fan, I am wishing for the best.
