Prob. been done but.......

I received the Crash hoodie today , well two of them .One for the wife and one for me. Hers fits GREAT. Mine was a misship. Supposed to have been an XXl , sent two XL's instead. So one goes back.

Can't say I'm impressed with the fabric quality. Seems more than a little thin. I like the design but....I guess I had sweatshirt material in mind.

If you would , Can you give me some input on your impressions between the two? Definately sending the one back, now I can't decide if I go with Crash(XXL) or go with reg. Stick (already got the shirt) or maximize my dollars and get a few Tshirts instead.

Thoughts please?

  • I don't think many people have both...I know people have been unhappy with the thinness of the Crash hoodie and I haven't heard the same complaints about the other Stickman hoodie...

    not much help, I know...

I have both. I like them both. The sizing differences between the two are great.

Crash I had to get XL
    Regular Sitckman I got L

Yeah, the Crash one is a much thinner fabric but I don't think it takes away from it. I found it to be very comfortable and well-fitting. All of the hoodies I own are thicker but oh well.

    This thread sucks.

I only have the Crash. Not heavy like my Wyoming weather requires, but great for the summer or a layer.

From the sounds of things, if you want to buy one for a sweatshirt, the reg. stickman is the way to go. I bought that style, and am very happy.

I stand by my decision to get the reg. style, based on what everyone has been saying about the Crash-style... it sounds like it is very thin and not really a sweatshirt at all... most seem to think of it as a hooded long sleeve T-shirt.

I really like my reg. stickman hoodie. I wore it the other day with the stickman t-shirt underneath and my wife called me a dork. : )

I have a Crash- a gift from the wife, but I really don't like it as much as my Binural one- which I wear every time it gets cold. The Crash one is way too thin and fits a little smaller than my other one which keeps me nice and warm on cold days here in Florida :D

haha what's funny is I have a picture from like 1994 of me standing in front of my stickman poster, wearing the t-shirt and holding up my Alive single, which of course has the same stickman on it.... good to know I'm still the same guy after all these years... : )

I have both. I LOVE the Crash one. It is my favorite of all of my Pearl Jam hoodies. It is thin, but its comfortale and I LOVE the hood! It has the stickman in all different sizes in a pattern on the material. I would love to find out where to get that material! The regular stickman sweatshirt is much thicker, but the Crash one is really nice!
  • I have them both and I love them both.

Crashious hoodies are all like that, they are light weight, I guess I wasn't surprised since I have the Bizon and the Owl 2006 hoodies so I knew what I was getting.

I think you should decide based on whether you like it enough to keep it or whether you rather have t-shirts instead.
