ipod help

I lost some of my itunes tracks yesterday.. I can get most of it back as it's backed up on another computer except for the recent purchases from the itunes store... Now my recent purchases are on my ipod... Can these be transferred back onto my computer?

Also can I download these tracks again from the itunes store as it's like 200 odd songs. Thanks for any help.

I believe they will let you re-download all of your purchases at once. You may need to ask though, http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/lostmusic/
