  • The Pearl Jam version I saw was significantly better. But, Bush playing a Neil Young song is still better than Bush playing a Bush song.

haha. I agree with your logic, but... there is such sadness in my heart when they butcher a NY song so badly.

It's annoying just for the fact Gavin keeps pronouncing the "G" in Fuckin'(g) ...

I thought Bush was ok, made some good songs, but, this ... this was not that good.

I have a soft spot for Bush... they were my first real "favorite" band back in junior high. They did have their moments, and they were actually pretty good live. That was an awful cover though. Their cover of One I Love is much better.

i'm not a big fan of bush.

but the band isn't that bad.

Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.

Saw Bush twice back on the sixteen stone and razorblade suitcase tours- great live show I thought. Talk about a trip down memory lane. I can't believe those tours where 12-14 years ago. I didn't really like this cover of fuckin' up but Bush did a pretty damn decent version of wild horses a few years ago. Of course the original wild horses is best. :)

their music isnt that bad, but that was terrible. Besides the shitty singing, the guitarist couldnt even play the riff well. either that or there was just way too much distortion. Fuckin up should only be played by Niel Young or PJ.

I have a love/hate relationship with them for the same basic reason.... They were my first concert! But now, unless I'm listening for nostalgic reasons, I cringe at how much I loved them....

I agree with this logic too and have always despised Bush. The one thing I can say that Gavin got right was marrying the Lovely Gwen.
