I'd like to see PJ tour with Liam Finn

Ever since the Eddie solo shows I'm lovin Liam Finn!!!!!! He sure kicks the trash out of Ted Leo and The Pharmacists. Why not tour with Liam? :D

    It was cool seeing Liam Finn on tour with Ed during the West & East Coast show's! 6 time's i've seen him live in '08 w/Ed. Anything beat's Ted Leo and The Pharmacists on stage! ANYTHING!

    Would though like to see other bands, that haven't played before with Vedder / Pearl Jam before. New blood or old blood!

    To me he just seems like a breath of fresh air as far as new music goes. Finally someone original and new out there!

    Liam's great and all...but why is everyone hating on TLTP? i love them...sure live they're kinda...just there...but that music is amazing

    Hi,

    I would be stoked to see Liam open for Pearl Jam on this coming up tour...Liam and E.J put on an amazing show..Also, there is the chance Liam would come out and maybe do a song or two with Ed...Which would rock..

    Yes yes to Liam Finn. Didn't EV and Liam do "Throw Your Arms Around Me?" in LA? Or was it San Diego?

    I guess we'll know when they put out the fabulous CDs from the EV shows...

    Yeah - when I saw Liam was on the solo tour I was so excited. I happened to come across him before that (by just luck I guess) and he's amazing, and his live performance is something that no one else does the same.

    I highly doubt they'd bring him with on a PJ tour, but if they did... that would be unreal.

    I liked Liam and EJ when they opened for the Ed solo shows, but I'm hoping for the PJ/ Ben Harper and R7 tour this fall.

    I like this idea a lot !!! Relentless 7 and PJ ... that will be a blast.

    But I'm fine with Liam Finn too. I saw him opening for the Black Keys and he was awesome.

    I was watching the 7 Worlds Collide dvd last night, and on "I See Red" is that a clean shaven Liam doing the solo? He was in Betchadupa, right?

    Hated Ted Leo but I say tour with Ben Harper and Relentless 7. I don't know if I could take Liam Finn and that girl together. I think he's a cool dude and sickk gee-tar player but I get pissed when I sing inside my head, "I know what I'm looking for!"

    EDIT: I honestly thought I was the first person making this comment. Didn't read farther than the first post; but that's what I like about his thread...a lot of us think alike.

    I SO fucking hope that band doesn't come 200 feet close to any stage Pearl Jam will be playing! I do however think that they have a pretty good chance getting the spot for the next tour. If not US, probably Europe or Australia. Because, you know, they're a "cool new sound"

    I am right there with you dude!!!! RELENTLESS7 rocks so hard it's not even funny! It would be great to see them open for Pearl Jam. I saw them in San Fran and Santa Cruz last December and have been hoping and will continue to hope that they do tour together.

    I saw it back in 2003. Liam Finn was in Betchadupa. Wish I knew more about it then. I was a young 17year old.
