Jasmine refuses to look happy when I dress her up in her hotdog coustume. She hates Halloween
I only made her wear it for a few minutes though. There are so many cute Dachshunds here!
My cat sweet pea loves getting into any room that she's not supposed to be in...so all night long she bangs on the doors to the attic, basement and various closets to try to open them. She also loves to roll around in my hair while I sleep...and she sings to her toys in the middle of the night (I can't quite make out the tune, but it sounds a lot like Betterman) Apparently sleeping at night just isn't allowed! She just turned 13, but she acts like she's 3 months old.

Nope...he's more like my other cat...the one that likes to lick any exposed piece of skin :shock:

We've had them less than two weeks and already the list that our new cats, Sykes and Riley have of annoying things is amazing!
* Eating the washing up sponge - wet or dry - they don't care.
* In the event of an absent sponge, they will murder and 'dead' a banana... as we discovered this morning :roll:
* Scratching the sofa
* Scratching the £150 lounge rug :evil:
* NOT scratching the scratching post
* Mieowing at the most annoying times of the night
* Using the litter tray (oh yes, number 2's!) just before guests arrive
* Not really coming into our room until we're er... 'being intimate'... then they want to know why the door is shut and they have a sudden urge to explore Mum and Dad's room! :roll:
* Having huffs when they don't get their own way (oh yeah, actually bonafide huffs like stroppy children! :roll: )
* Covering the kitchen floor in kitty litter
* Eating things from the compost (recycling) pot in the kitchen
* Eating bin bags :?
* Eating cat litter :shock:
* Sticking their heads in the big bag of Iams in the kitchen cupboard and acting like they're never bloody fed!
* Finding the smallest nooks and crannies to sneak into
But we love them

Well right now I have 4 kittens. They are about 4-5 months old so not real little.
We are only keeping two, we just can't decide on which two. One is my cousins that is staying with us for a few weeks and then he will go back.
They are making me insane.
I sleep on the sofa in the living room a lot. They run across it like a race track. I got woke up this morning by one running across my face and now have a lovely gash across my forehead.
They launch themselves onto my computer chair. I just got it in December and it has little holes all over it from their nails.
My legs look about the same, tiny little holes all over them.
They eat holes in the bag of catfood even tho the same catfood is in their food bowl! :roll:
They peed in the bag of cat litter! :shock:
They attack my 3 year olds feet.

Cats. We have one (the youngest), who whenever anyone else (we have 6) goes to eat kibble, he has to run and stick his nose in the dish too.
There is ALWAYS kibble available at ALL TIMES for all cats, but when you spill a few pieces they act like they've never seen it before and its caviar.
The usual - climbing on the counters, licking plates, spilling water, ripping paper, chewing cardboard, scratching the furniture and not the scratching pad we bought, scratching at doors, attempting to OPEN doors....
We have one that eats just about anything - he eats tofurky for goodness sake, and if I ignore him, I get increasingly insistent taps on my arm until I give him a few bits. He eats spaghetti, bread, cheezits, chips. I don't eat meat, but my husband does, and of course he (Max) likes that. And cheese. The others don't want or eat human food - just this guy.

LOL! Reminds me of another one Fluff used to do. When I moved in to my house, the basement had just been redone, so there was some stuff that hadn't been done yet... One of these things was putting a door knob on the bathroom door. This didn't get done for two years. When Fluff was feeling lonely and I was in the bathroom, he would reach under the door and pull it open, then run around the small bathroom.
And another one he does: When he hears you cleaning his litter, he'll run from whereever he is to watch you at it. I know he's thinking "Yeah, that's right, bitch, clean up my poo!!!"

Mine do that every morning too :shock: Oh... and then Sykes eats the clean litter

When my dog was alive, it used to annoy me how she would defecate everywhere. Well she knew places where she wasn't to shit as they say "You don't shit where you sleep". But geez I miss her. She died 5 years ago this June, and I haven't had a pet soon. (except for goldfish but they don't count)

The cat likes to go outside at all hours of the night to hang with its friends. It jumps up on the dresser and swats at the blinds until I let it out.
That is not too bad, I 'm used to it. What really bothers me is when he licks my duvet cover or couch pillows. he leaves these big wet spots every so often. I don't know why it bothers me, he licks my face all the time!
Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!
My cat is still young (2 y.o) and she still has that "kitten" in her. Man, when she's in one of those moods...look out!
I'll have something out, turn my back and it's gone. She likes to take stuff and either a) bat it around until it goes under something where i can find it or b) she hoards stuff. I'll find a stash of stuff she's been working on for weeks.
Drives me crazy when my dog jumps out in front of my car and I'm traveling 20 mph and don't see him nor do I have time to stop, so I run him over. That really irritates me!
You have one awesome dog. How old is he?
I've got a miniature weenie dog also. She just turned 2 on February 2nd and she only weighs 8lbs. For a dog that little she will eat anything. That includes the bottoms of all of our cabinets, the stuffing out of our comforter, and the most annoying, any toy that our little girl has. She (our daughter) has a bunch of those little plastic pretend foods and Beenie (the Dog) loves to eat them. It pisses off my wife more than it does me though.
Thanks. Beenie has that "I'm innocent, really" look down pat. Dinsdale is 13 years old. He was 10 when that picture was taken in my Dad's backyard. I think Dins is what I've seen referred to as a "tweenie" - larger than a mini yet smaller than a standard, but he won't hold still long enough for me to measure him.
My dog Django was a wild child when he was a puppy. I thought he would never grow up! Then suddenly he turned into this wonderful sweet dog that was so nice to have around. But he still has a few crazy habits. He knows my routine and he gets excited whenever I leave the house, jumping up and barking. The WORST thing he will do as I'm walking out the back door is try to jump up and bite my purse! If he gets hold of it he will really sink his teeth in it! It's so irritating and I keep trying to teach him not to do it but no luck. I have to remember to hold my purse out of his reach and he still tries for it. Sometimes he misses and nips my arm! Arrgh!
when i go to my room to study and close my door, ten seconds later my dog scratches to get in. I'll open the door, and let him in, ten seconds later he scratches at the door to get out. Then, ten seconds later he scratches to get in again, then ten seconds later he scratches to get out.

Yes, he is. The first time I took him to the vet as a puppy my vet walked into the room and said "Well, Django, can you play the guitar yet?"
Our other dog at the time was named Pete. Great dog but I learned there are lots of dog named Petey!
