How come i didn't know about this? didn't see any other posts. does anyone watch this show? it's fucking awesome.

    i guess you didnt get the email where its not necessary to make a post every time there is a pearl jam reference on tv

    Californication was incredible the first season though i do think the show fell off a bit this last season.
    There is only so much you can watch the sex adventures of Hank Moody and I think it shows that the writers may be having somewhat of a hard time incorporating different story lines.

    Ok, so this is an incredibly old thread, but I'm just watched this episode for the first time...

    Yeah, I'm getting Californication on Netflix. Awesome show!!

    I'm towards the end of season 2...good stuff!


    Nothingman was perfect in that scene.

    Showtime definately has some great series. Dexter, Nurse Jackie, Weeds, United States of Tara, Californiacation. Love them all.

    Then there is AMC and Breaking Bad....

    Great, that is just what I needed to come across today. Now I'm going to feel sad for the remainder of the day and try to tell myself that I'm not experiencing apophenia; I'm going to tell myself that "coincidence" is a modern day's biggest superstition. There are too many things about Hank and Karen that resemble my personal situation to be random chance. Letting go is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
