And as far as I know Lost Dogs pretty much cleaned out the warehouse as far as B-sides go
(at least for the Sony era...Avacado is another story altogether)
Lost Dogs certainly didn't have all the songs they haven't released. The titles of some never heard songs can be seen on the tapes pictured on the inside cover, and the Ten box set was the first official release to include Just a Girl, 2,000 Mile Blues, and Evil Little Goat.
The only thing I'm hoping for is that each album is re-released w/ Sepia toned artwork like Ten... Which might sound stupid, but I'd love for the albums to match... Guess I'm weird lol.
I don't expect the artwork to change with future reissues, but I do hope that the boxes they are in will match the one for Ten in some way.
If they are trying to reissue all the albums by 2011, I wonder if future sets might include 2 albums each. Otherwise I doubt they could have them all re-released by then. This would also work nicely with putting the years on the spine like they did with Ten (1990/1992) They could have:
Vs. & Vitalogy [1993/1995]
No Code & Yield [1996/1999]
Binaural & Riot Act [2000/2003]
I do not believe they will re-release any other records
They were only together for four months when they recorded TEN, they did not have artistic 'control' with TEN...NOT the case with EVERY SINGLE OTHER RELEASE SINCE so enjoy TEN Redux...

they have already said that they are going to re-release all the albums by 2010
They could re-issue their catalog all at once on vinyl and that would be good enough. I don't see the point of doing boxed sets for anything else. I'd rather they promote some new stuff on the way to the 20th anniversary.

YES! That's a good idea.
Like what The Doors did, release a box set of all the albums on vinyl.
Maybe they can have different options...
Option 1 - vinyls, cds, live dvd's, photo's (similar to SDE Ten)
Option 2 - vinyls & dvd
Option 3 - vinyls
Adelaide 17/11/2009, Melbourne 20/11/2009, Sydney 22/11/2009, Melbourne (Big Day Out Festival) 24/01/2014
+1 on the vinyl re-releases...200 GRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!....$50 each through 10C...and actually sign some more this time...if Jeff's brother can sign every orange Ames Bros. book(thank you for that, by the way!) Then our beloved PJ members can find some time also...even if they only sell 600 each on the 10C website, but they'd be signed would be PLENTY fair...Mike could sign 150, Ed could sign 150 ,Stone could sign 150, Jeff could sign 150
I sign payroll checks every other week for over 100 people and it takes me less than ten minutes... :P

I think the releases after Ten will probably include 2 discs & a DVD. Maybe Disc 1 will be VS remastered, and then disc 2 will have B-sides, live tracks, unreleased stuff, and then a DVD of a show from the era..Liker perhaps..
VS (Atlanta)
Vitalogy (Soldier Field)
No Code (???)
Yield (MSG)
Binaural (Seattle 2)
Riot Act (Buffalo)
I would think No Code would be either Randall's Island or The Germany show that was broadcast live.
Checkpoint Charlie was the Germany show.

I am hoping they release the entire Soldier Field concert on Vinyl with the re-release of Vitalogy...that would be awesome! Plus each re-release should contain a concert from that era on DVD.
I agree!
Yea, a a DVD for Boston 2003 (night 3) would be f ing killer. The show where they did two sets. The first being acoustic. What show!!! I was there!!!

I agree, I am curious to see what the VS re-release will be about and when something about it will be announced.
I would think that if they do indeed do them in order it will be around xmas that the VS re-release comes out. You would think they need to put out at least 2 a year (March/April and Xmas) for the next 6 to be done before the 20 yr anny. They will prob even have to do 3(vitalogy, no code, yield) next year to get it done

they have already said that they are going to re-release all the albums by 2010
who said this? when?
so all of their albums are going to be re-released in the next 8 months? 2010 is only 8 months away.
Although InMyTree4 is off by a year, the part about reissuing the albums in the next couple years was in the original announcement for the Ten reissue:
"The reissue of Ten serves as the launch of a planned two-year catalogue re-release campaign leading up to the band's 20th anniversary in 2011."
I figure that means they plan to reissue them all by the end of 2011, not necessarily before 2011.

I would say by the 20th anniversary in 2011. Since it's 2011, it must be from the release date of Ten, so August 27.
If they are trying to reissue all the albums by 2011, I wonder if future sets might include 2 albums each. Otherwise I doubt they could have them all re-released by then. This would also work nicely with putting the years on the spine like they did with Ten (1990/1992) They could have:

As Jeff pointed out that the future re-releases won't be as elaborate as the Ten Super deluxe edition I fear that if they release them like you wrote (2-3 studio albums per "3-4 years´ era release"), we won't be getting one concert DVD and a 2LP or 3LP concert per studio album that we all have been hoping for.
I they do it the way you wrote I fear that they put out only one DVD and one 2LP concert from the 1996/1999 instead of the same (DVD+LP set) with No Code and the another with Yield.
I really hope that Jeff's comment means that they won't be re-mixing the other albums (and not master them too loud eihter ).
As you've been speculating what concerts would be on future re-issues LP sets, have you thought about what shows would fit on 2LPs? How many minutes does one side of a 33 rpm record have room for? The Benny Hall concert needed 3 LPs, right?
