OMG!!!! Eddie Vedder performs in NYC

I got this info through the Bettlefest Newsletter...

:o:D Wonder if the tickets will be reasonable? :D:lol:

PAUL, DONOVAN (AND MAYBE RINGO) TO HEADLINE
CHARITY EVENT ON APRIL 4 IN NYC

Dear Fellow Beatles Fans,
On April 4th, Radio City Music Hall in NYC will play host to the David Lynch Foundation Benefit. Proceeds will be used to teach transcendental meditation to a million kids. Of course, it was The Beatles who turned the world on to meditation by going to India in early 1968. Donovan and Mike Love of the Beach Boys were there too, and both will be performing at the benefit, along with Eddie Vedder, Sheryl Crow and others. One report says Ringo is going to be there, but that has not been confirmed yet. We will post the details when they are officially announced, which should be any day.

2006: Camden I & II, Continental II (NJ)
2008: Camden I & II, DC, MSG I & II (NYC), & EV: NYC II
2009: Spectrum last 2 nights
2012: EV: Orlando I & II, Ft. Lauderdale I

    hahaha no problem at all, actually good cause never heard that Ringo might show up! :shock:

    but yeah my heart stopped when I saw the thread title because i thought i had missed a secret performance or something :lol:

    Well it was a secret to me, until I opened the email a few minutes ago.... :lol:

    Did you hear anything about ticket prices? Are they going to be reasonable priced?
    Or priced for the elite few?

    I would love to go to this show, but I am assuming looking at that setlist it is going to be out of my reach.

    Nothing has been said in terms of ticket prices yet, but it can be very safely assumed that they will be extremely pricey. I'm only 16 but I'm gonna try to go to this show, so we'll see :?
    I have the strange feeling that I won't be able to go :lol:
