I waited too long and did not get the book. I want the signed and numbered one. Did any fans get an extra one they could sell a fan club member. please let me know.

    i think it was 1 per member so i doubt anyone has an extra....

    pretty surprising that there are people who werent able to get one... i felt like it was up there so long before it finally sold out... ive got my one copy... but i love it and would never part with it

    keep an eye on ebay... hopefully theres not much of a mark up

    or else im sure theres ten club couples that got an extra just for flippin :D

    The Ames bros website were also selling copies.

    There probably is someone out there with more then one copy, but I'm sure they're waiting to sell it on eBay for a decent profit.
