what are your tour plans??????

lets hear them...

IF (and thats a big IF) Pearl Jam tours this summer/fall....what are your plans????

after taking off 08.....

i hope to hit a few shows .......

hopefully they play 2-3 in california and i can take a weeks vacation in sunny california...do the disney thing.....and see a couple shows....

and the same goes for florida....if i can swing a couple shows and spend a week in florida....then that is where i will be.....

canada(toronto) would be a place i would travel to again..........i had a ball in niagra falls and would be more than happy to vacation there for a week and see a couple shows

what are your plans??????

    if they have a tour this year I hope I can hit at least 5-6 shows, probably stay within the East Coast if possible try to keep the cost down, if not then I'll travel to the West Coast and try and hit as many shows over there as time and money permits...

    If Florida is in play then all the ones in FL and GA...

    You BETTER! make it to Florida if they tour down here, so you can come see ME :D

    I hadn't thought of traveling... I am going to take a post-Bar exam trip. Maybe if they're in Cali or Seattle in August I'll try to make that work. Otherwise, I'll probably catch them in Cleveland and Detroit. For some reason, they always seem to play great shows there. Maybe I'd venture back to Chicago.

    Hopefully up the East Coast- DC through Boston. Assuming they head South, I would probably go to Charlotte and Atlanta maybe. Would love to go to some Canadian shows, I love Montreal.

    Florida will my first choice...

    if i can get 2 shows.....then thats where kathy and i will be....

    we love doing the disney thing......

    but i have to be able to make it a week long vacation......

    Cutting back and just seeing 2 or 3 shows maybe. But if they play 2 nites at Alpine that will be perfect enough.

    I'm thinking they will do the south good and proper when they tour -- sorry Columbia doesn't count -- so my dream scenario would be two shows in Little Rock and Memphis
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    With Buffett playing so late in the season this year at Alpine. It makes you wonder if anymore shows will take place after August 29th?

    Alpine Valley is the reason tailgate parties exist. :mrgreen: LOL

    When they tour this fall, I will hit the East Coast as usual and probably California. Always wanted to visit San Diego and would love to return to Santa Barbara. LA, not so much. ;)

    Depends on thier dates and locations.

    If they play around here like they did in 2003 then I'll hit Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin (if they play there), etc.

    If not, then I am going to have to think hard about it. Some place that gets two shows over a weekend would most likely win.

    If the new record comes out in the fall, I highly doubt they will play the East Coast...well, at least the Northern States. I have a feeling they will do a few shows on the West Coast after the record comes out (Seattle, Portland, Vancouver)

    Of course, I hope they do a lot more in 2009.

    Well me hours flipped this past sept so I have 5 weeks ready to go. I hope its summer not fall or winter.
    I will do the usual NY, NJ, but want to head to DC. Heck If i went to pitts and cincin in 06 I should be able to do DC. Like everyone else funds are low but I do have space on my good old credit cards.

    Every Philly area show is a no-brainer for me. Ditto for Pittsburgh. It's a sin to miss a show in my current town and my home town.

    Depending on how many of those there are, may hit a few other NE corridor shows... and if they're touring around early-mid October, I'll definitely be trying to convince the wifey to include some PJ in our annual anniversary minitrip.

    Wouldn't be hard to convince her, methinx.

    i am sure i am in the minority, but i am hoping a full-blown tour is not this summer/early fall. sure, would love to hit a show or 2 this year, local....but late summer/early fall is NOT good for me workwise, nor budget-wise. august and september are completely OUT for me due to work...so i hope either some local shows earlier...which is doubtful.....or after september 15th is all good. 8-) still, really plan on only local shows, no touring. however, if they DO hit oz, preferably in january or february...i REALLY want to go! hubby could definitely get the time off, i could definitely get the time off...we've got some serious airmiles banked up.....and a lot of time to save up some $$$. i sooooooooooo want to visit oz, always have....so 2 weeks there and perhaps a couple pj shows would be PERFECTION. so that's my hope. :mrgreen:

    weren't they supposed to do a festival in the southwest last year, but had to cancel because #2 for eddie was on the way. wonder if the band agreed to hit that spot this year. not counting on the big tour until next year. i sense what we got last year will be repeated this year, but in a different part of the country.

    I know we're no where near a tour announcement, but I really need something to look forward to.

    Realistically, 1 show...maybe 2. But I did buy a 649 ticket. If I win the 48,000,000 I'm buying a big-ass RV and going to every show! :P

    That was their rumored headlining gig at Austin City Limits that got nixed. Not really rumored though since Mike mentioned playing it a few months before. Just never happened. I was so disappointed in that.
