'Brother',& 'Once' are up along with 'Black', & 'Porch' from MTV Unplugged as well as live versions of 'Alive', & 'State of love and trust'--possibly from the 'Drop in the park' concert? :o

  • I'm really digging 'Once'. It's weird to hear it with the different vocals, but I like the overall 'raw' feel of it...

I haven't listened to TEN in forever and in listening to Once just now I was reminded and struck at how Ed used to sing his fucking guts out! The energy and intensity of early Ed is just off the charts! Don't misunderstand me, I'm not pining for those days. If he was still trying to sing like that today, he'd probably have to have a throat transplant! Plus, he's matured and is actually a better singer nowadays. But, damn... You almost sometimes forget if you haven't listened to any early stuff in a while.

Wow...that's a killer version of SOLAT!!!
Hope that's on the Drop in the Park vinyl.

"Once" sounds amazing...totally RAWK!!! pisses all over the original.

"Brother"...Sounds great too. Love the fact that this is on the radio. Just imagine the inferiority complex bands like Nickelback must feel when they hear this song.

"Brother" a TEN outake, written nearly 20 years ago, completly blows away anything these cheap corporate whore Pearl Jam ripoffs have ever managed to come up with. Fucking hilarious!!!

It's a good day in Pearl Jam land.

Goshhhh. I forgot how it feels to listen young Eddie's trembling and rough voice. It blows my mind - my headphones - the end of Black
(It reminds what is so special in His vocal and why I love it - no one can equal)

Ten = strong contender for one of the greatest albums of all time. Now it sounds even better.
  • Has it been said whether the remixed tracks on the greatest hits are the same in this version? It'd be kind of weird to have two recently remixed versions of "Once" and "Alive," for example.

    "ONCE" sounds BRILLIANT!

yeah it sounds great with this 5.1 mix. On the boot of unplugged that I have (which I assume is the one we all have), I can't really hear Stone that well during the bridge....especially towards the end of it. But you hear EVERYTHING loud and clear hear. This is sweet.

The Drop in the Park songs sound incredible!!

"Once" and "Porch" (posted on Rolling Stone) sound amazing.

Can't wait to hear what "Deep" "Why Go" and "Even Flow" sound like.

Hopefully "Even Flow" has the same dirty nasty re-mix qaulity of "Porch".

I can't wait to get my hands on this thing!!!
