another email from 10c i didnt get, way to be 10c. thanks 10c for keeping me informed like always. seriously this is getting to be a joke and not a very funny one.
No offense, Metsy, but I would bet big bucks that the problem is on your end. Hell, I wouldn't even be surprised if you actually do get the e-mails, but just like to say you don't so you have something to bitch about.
You fight the good fight, man. Let me know how that goes for ya.
nope animal not on my end at all never has been and never was. my email account has been the same forever. this isnt happening just to me its happening to alota other people. what kinda service are you providing for a paying customer to you and you dont send out an email to keep your paying fan informed bout the band. i'm sorry but maybe if more people like me stood up and said hey im not getting email's more things would be done by them. this is the first email update i got from them after outright complaining on there forum and it just somehow shows up in my inbox. i never got one when i was the 10c but for some reason between 07-09 when i wasnt a member of the 10c i got them. i will always fight the good fight, im not some blind sheep like alota people are on here.
lol we all kno the 10c is lazy... no denying that. All I gotta say is....who cares? As long as a I get 10c seats and I know im in a club for the greatest fucking band, I dont give a shit what they do.

your attitude towards it is why there lazy over the years, not singling out you personally more so the fan base. yea it maybe a stupid email but its an email that keeps you informed bout the band and all. most of the fanbase doesnt read the boards. i'm guessing its not that hard to send out a mass email, who knows really.
Ron: I just don't feel like going out tonight
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
At pearljam.com hit "settings" and then "edit contact preferences". Maybe the two boxes in this section aren't checked off. Both of them are checked off for me and I can get the e-mails fine.
I would say an issue of Deep is a safe bet, but I think you're too late for the single. The only way I've ever seen them released is on vinyl. They're in MP3's somewhere, but they're buried somewhere in the old forum.

I know I've read that all the extra are kept and sold. I've been on the order page for them, but you have to be in the club to get them, so when I went to check out it blocked it, since I had yet to join the club. I looked for them recently and couldnt find them.

There has never been an order page to order past PJ Christmas singles. You just have to be a current member, and e-mail the 10C directly at info@tenclub.net and ask them which ones are available. They will then work out the order with you via e-mail.
Also, there has yet to be a membership cut-off date announced for who is eligible for the 2008 Christmas single. So, I would say that as long as you are a current member right now, you are in for the 2008 single.

For some reason, certain e-mail providers consider e-mails from Ten Club to be spam and delete them before the e-mails even reach your spam folder. I know that this is the case with Comcast. I was not receiving any of the Ten Club e-mails. Ever since I've been using a Hotmail e-mail address, I receive them all without any problem.

In 2004, Ten Club made certain Christmas singles available for purchase. The information (I believe) was included in a newsletter (pre-Deep) and the singles only cost $2.00 each and the shipping was free.

Cut off date is Dec 31st! So any new 10club memberships bought after Jan 1st, would get that year's Christmas Single. I think it was SLH who posted this somewhere's!

If your email has a spam filter, check the spam folder to make sure it's not being marked that way. If it is, have it taken off the spam list.
This happens to me a lot with sites I actually want to email me.
First off, they have been selling past Christmas singles before 2004, as I bought some in 2002.
Second, I think D lives outside of the USA, and if that is the case, the price for the past singles hasn't changed as the price since 2002 has always been $2 for inside the USA and $5 for outside the USA.

Thanks for the correction. I must have missed that from Santos.
DAMN! I wonder if I emailed 10C if they would sell me some pre 2003?
Yes they will. E-mail them at info@tenclub.net and they will tell you which ones are currently available.

Are you seriously suggesting they weren't gonna send you the e-mail, but then saw your bitching and decided to send it to you?

Since I just joined the club, should I expect the single, or just the issue of DEEP?
What was your join date?
Also, isn't there a way to order old singles?
