What with the Rolling Stone article, billboard and the Ten re-release is anyone else getting the *** :shock: OMG... TOUR!!!! :mrgreen: *** vibe? :mrgreen:

I've been listening to PJ all week - albums, boots, rarities... i'm buzzing for the album and literally EVERYTHING is crossed for a Euro tour...

Man, I love this feeling :mrgreen:
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    it is excruciatingly exquisite.

    hope to get that feeling again come fall.

    I hate to be a buzz kill but it's fucking February!! The band hopes to have the new album done by fall!!! so we are talking a at least a good 7-8 months before it's released and even if they tour soon after say a month or 2 after release we are talking 10-11 months!! almost a year!! so i think your "buzz" is a little premature.


    I know i'll have a buzz going after work...but that will be a booze induced buzz not a PJ buzz. :mrgreen:

    I'm just looking foward to the rock band release of 10 next month so i can throw my own concert in my living room! :mrgreen:

    Agreed; it was especially heightened in 08 with that great long piano intro

    Nothing beats that feeling ... right up until the first note of the first song is played. What an amazing feeling!

    I tell whoever comes to the shows with me that they need to just let me be when I get into the zone. For the 5-10 mins before the lights go down, I am a fidgety mess. It's awesome.

    I am really starting to feel it too, almost like a jones for something new, whether an album or a tour, just something!!

    tbh, I'm still in cruising-between-tour mode.
    feels like there isn't any announcement for another few months, tour at least 7 months away.. I expect to start buzzing around May-June :mrgreen:

    yeah, i'm buzzing a bit. i'm so excited to watch/listen to the mtv unplugged in surround sound!! i'm also excited to hear the remixes! that should be enough to hold me over for a little while! 8-)

    I'm feeling it big time lately. This anticipation for the new album is killing me. But I think Ten on Rock Band should hold me over for a few months.

    I have TOTALY got the buzz thing! Ordered the "Super D re-re" and can't wait for the new album. Saving my money for tickets now. The best part is singing "The waiting drove me MAD......" See you all on at the Spectrum in Philly!!
