Anyone else have a problem signing up as a KOL member??

Having problem signing up for KOL membership...It will not let me sign up at all??? Anyone else have that problem?? Need help thx...
Conversations getting dull
There's a constant ringing in my ears
Sense of humor's void and numb
And I'm bored to tears.......

    Holy shit, you can just sign up an become a member of KoL? Kickass, though I'm not so sure how good I'd look dressed like that.

    Yea .... I tried twice and it gave me that....
